Who are we?
We are a local Non-Profit Organisation that provides home-based hospice and palliative care to those with life-threatening and life-limiting illnesses in Grahamstown and Sunshine Coast Communities and surroundings. Our area of care covers Makana and Ndlambe Municipal districts.
What do we do?
Our multi-disciplinary team, comprising of Palliative Care Specialist, Registered Nurses, Social Auxiliary Worker and Home Carers, provide home-based palliative and hospice care. Medical equipment is also available to patients and to the general public at a nominal fee. We raise funds in order to provide our services through donations,charity shops and through special events (keep a look on our Facebook page to see our latest events coming up).
Volunteers needed
Support PalCare by offering your time and energy. We always need volunteers to assist with special events or our charity shops. Please do not hesitate to get in touch with us if you have questions of if you are keen to volunteer, we need you.
